If you only send and receive a smaller number of e-invoices, Finago Apix offers a convenient and affordable option of using e-stamps. You can pay for sending and receiving invoices in advance with credits i.e. e-stamps, purchased from Laskumappi online shop.
How do I buy e-stamps in Laskumappi?
Log into Laskumappi to buy e-stamps from the Finago Apix online shop. You can see your current balance at the top, next to your company name.
In the menu bar of the page, you can find a tab for online shop. Here you can choose the number of e-stamps you want to buy. Click on the shopping cart icon and add the e-stamps to your shopping cart. You can remove products from the shopping cart by clicking the trash can icon. Once you are happy with your choice, select the Checkout button and you will see a summary of your purchases. Select Pay and you will be able to choose the payment method.
You can also activate a low balance reminder. This can be done through the Laskumappi settings. Click Tools > Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the check mark on “Notify when account balance too low”. Then, add the email address and threshold for the reminder.
