Exception to service hours in December Our customer service will switch to holiday hours for phone availability from December 23 to December 31, 2024. Disruption between Apix and Nordea Dec 2 2.12.2024 at 9:40: Apix payslips in Nordea are not currently loading. The issue is currently being investigated and will update this notification when we have more information. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Update 3.12.2024 at 8:45: The disruption is still under investigation. If person is using another bank than Nordea, payslips can be viewed via the Apix eSalary service normally. Please remember that payslips can always be requested directly from the employer. Update 3.12.2024 at 14:40: The cause of the issue has been identified, and a solution is being prepared in cooperation with Nordea. Update 3.12.2024 at 14:55: The incident has been resolved. Disruption in Apix services since 27 Nov 28.11.2024 at 9:00: A disruption has been detected in Apix services, causing all incoming and outgoing invoice traffic to be temporarily suspended. The issue also affects payroll statements. The issue is currently being investigated and will update this notification when we have more information. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Update at 11:15: The incident has been resolved, and invoices and payroll statements are now being processed normally. VAT Change in Apix The general value-added tax rate in Finland will increase from 24% to 25.5% on September 1, 2024. This change generally does not require any action from Apix users, and the new VAT rate (25.5%) can be applied to transactions processed through Apix starting from August 17, 2024. We have identified a few customer-specific systems that require adjustments to handle the new VAT rate. We have sent separate notifications to these customers to facilitate the necessary changes. If you have not been contacted but believe that adjustments are needed, please get in touch with our customer support. Message transmission disruption between Apix and Säästöpankki 19.6.2024: We have identified an issue with message transmission between Apix and Säästöpankki starting from 16.6.2024. We are currently investigating the situation and will update this notification when we have more information. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Update at 18:20: The message traffic is now functioning normally. Maintenance break from May 31 to June 2 Due to maintenance work, there may be a brief interruption in our communication channels. Our services will function normally, but there may be delays in the delivery of error messages. Due to maintenance measures, our customer service will be limited on June 3, and there may be delays in processing contacts. Customer service will open on Monday, June 3, exceptionally at 10 a.m. At other times, we will serve normally. Update at 18:00: Services are working normally again, but there may be a slight delay in message traffic. Update 17.5. at 18:00: We are currently unable to send or retrieve data from Nordea (e.g. invoices and RI messages). We are actively working on resolving this issue. Due to the disruption, our customer service is limited at the moment. Update 21.5. at 10:00: Some scanned invoices have been delayed since May 16, and we are working to ensure they reach the recipients. However due to a technical error some invoice might have appeared double in customer systems. Laskumappi registration temporarily closed 5.3.2024: The registration for Apix Laskumappi is temporarily closed due to maintenance. Users cannot register for Laskumappi or activate it through the website. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Disruption in Apix services on 14 February 14.2.2024: A disturbance has been detected in Apix services. We are currently investigating the situation and will update this notification when we have more information. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Update on 14.2. at 14:00: Services are mostly functioning normally. We are still resolving the remaining disruptions related to the Laskumappi service. Update on 16.2. at 15:30: All services are functioning normally. Laskumappi Users section temporarily disabled 31.1.2024: Apix Laskumappi User section will be temporarily unavailable starting from January 31, 2024, due to maintenance activities. The function will not be accessible, and users or sub-users cannot be created. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Update on 19.2. at 16:00: Maintenance and repair actions have been completed. User section is now accessible. Registration for Laskumappi is now open. Disruption in invoice data transmission on 8.12. There was a disruption in the transmission of sales invoice data from Friday, December 8th, at 23:20 to Monday, December 11th, at 09:20. The issue has now been resolved and does not require any action from customers. Invoices are now transmitted normally. We apologize for any delays in the transmission of invoices. Disruption in Apix services on 7.11. We have detected a disturbance in Apix services regarding the online salary and invoice forwarding service, and logging into Apix invoicing platform, Laskumappi. We are currently investigating the situation and will update this notification as soon as we have more information. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation. Update 7.11. at 11 AM: We have found the root cause and actions for fixing this issue are currently ongoing. Update 8.11. 10 AM: Repairs to the disturbance situation are still ongoing. Update at 12:30 PM: The disruption in invoices and EDI messages has been resolved, and these services are now functioning normally. There might be a delay in invoice processing until the backlog is cleared. Error situations may occur in Laskumappi when viewing old transactions. Pay slips are not visible in the online payroll service; we are investigating the issue further. Update 9.11. at 9:15 AM: The disruption in the online salary service is still ongoing. Pay slips cannot currently be viewed through the service. We are continuing to investigate the situation. We apologize for the disturbance! Update 10.11. at 10:00 AM: As a result of the disturbance, the salary statements of the online payroll service have not been available in all respects. The error situation has affected salary statements received before 7 November 2023. All information has now been restored. The investigation of the disturbance situation is still partially in progress. To the extent necessary, we will inform our customers and partners in more detail about the situation and the measures it will take. Update 14.11. at 4:00 PM: Apix Laskumappi and archive views do not show history data due to the disturbance. Repairs to the situation are still ongoing. Update 16.11. at 10:00 AM: A solution has been found for the display of history data. Data from the past 6 months will gradually appear in the Laskumappi service. In addition, the missing purchase invoices can now be retrieved from the interface to customer systems. Maintenance breaks Apix services are available 24/7/365, except during pre-scheduled system maintenance times. Apix performs system software updates, changes, or maintenance activities on the third Sunday of each month between 6:00 PM and 12:00 AM (EET/EEST). If a public holiday falls on that Sunday, the maintenance will be carried out on either the previous or the following Sunday. These actions are primarily conducted in the background without disrupting the service.
