Finago Apix aims to always forward invoices to the recipient in their preferred method. To enable this, we continuously collect information from Tieke (Tietoyhteiskunnan kehittämiskeskus ry) and various other sources.
For consumer invoicing, automatic routing collects information about recipients’ usage of for example OmaPosti or online banks to receive invoices. This information is automatically available to use by the invoicing party.
Benefits of automatic routing
With the help of Finago Apix’s automatic routing, the number of e-invoices compared to paper invoices can be significantly increased. Making full use of e-invoicing significantly lowers our customers’ invoicing costs and improves customer satisfaction, when invoices arrive electronically to all recipients who have requested it.
